Kyle took on a very fiddly, finicky, and fickle job; the diagnosis of a custom made Pi Gameboy that had more problems inherent with its wiring and design than the Apollo 13. Prior to finding Kyle, I had struggled to find anyone who would take on the job “throw it in the bin mate” was their advice. The problem was it was a sentimental purchase.
Luckily I found Kyle and he really impressed me with how quickly he researched and diagnosed its many flaws. Most of which he has fixed.
He exceeded my expectations and went beyond what others would have done in order to ensure the customer is happy.
